A real WebGL sea: procedural swell, a wave simulation the cursor writes into, fresnel reflections of the same sky it sits under and a path of light that sparkles on every crest. The sun or the moon climbs out of the water as the section scrolls, the sky changes hour behind it, and the camera sinks towards the waves. Switch between the two and the whole scene crossfades. It pins itself, pauses off screen, drops resolution on phones and holds one still frame in Framer's canvas.
